Now, if somebody would like to do the Battery 2 kits I could make them available for download here also. I don't know how many people would use them. Sonar already has maps for the Battery 1 kits. This is awesome With these DM's and the new Color Schemes, I think Cake needs to set up a User Pager here for registered users to easily search, post, and download Sonar related files and presets.

I can't wait! I have been reading up as much as I can about the included kits and functions it has. I have a demo version of it that I downloaded also. The demo only has a few sets in it I was wondering if are there room-miked versions of certain drums as well as the same drums that are closely miked included in the full version?
It would be cool to be able to blend the different levels of the drums in whichever cells, sort of like how BFD has the slider adjustment for room mikes, pzms, etc. Is there a way to do something similar with B3, or at least fake it with what is included? Thanks again for those maps. Thanks again for those maps There are samples and preset kits that have room micing applied. It's not really set-up directly like BFD in which you mix ambient samples with closed mic'd one etc.
But you can set up the kits so that harder velocities trigger the room samples. As well there are a ton of modulation possibilities that can be triggered off a controller or velocity etc. The samples are great quality.. The compressors and EQ's and filters are really good quality. There's a limited convolution reverb as well another general quality reverb that both sound very good as well as delay. I consider it a lifelong instrument kind of like my original kurzweil K Best of all Thanks again for those maps It's a great piece of software.
